A cover for a tape. Someone who is waiting on hold to centrelink, trying panickedly to peel their face away from their phone screen, which is melted onto the screen in a slapstick fashion. They're wearing a T-Shirt of the artist "Eyes More Skull Than Eyes". The background is a poorly maintained backyard with corrugated iron fencing. The album name, track titles, and artist logos are laid over the top in various fonts, in a style vaguely similar to a hardcore punk poster.
